| Get a decent brief, get all the evidence together, and as he's already got 6 points I'd say he's on for a ban no question, unless there's something a miss in the evidence I'd be tempted to plead guilty from the off, as admission of guilt would look good in the courts eyes, not great by any means but would probably reduce the length of the ban. |
