| Sounds like you have the wrong pushrod. After Ducati changed the standard clutch slave (2001?) they also needed to change the pushrod for (if memory serves) a longer one.
Anyway, I know that if you want to fit the latter type slave to an early bike you also need to change the pushrod. My guess is your new slave is going to need the new type pushrod. |
