The one way way to make more room is to cut off the plastic lip off the bottom of the kill switch, where the cable comes out of the switch unit itself. That'll get you about 10mm.
The edge of the clip on sometimes contacts the bleed nipple to, depending on the angle you set the brake cylinder at. If it does, you can file the edge of the clip on to clear...... |
