Hello
  I buy a 15kg bag of rice every month, and a box of 40 packets of Indomie noodles. Mix this up with some vegtables, fish, sea food and chicken. 
 The big superstores food I find goes off very quickly, But try and take a run out to some farmer markets for the good stuff, and once a week to a "Hoo Hing" for the spices. 
 Thia currys, chicken sate and HP sauce are a must
 
  about £50 per week depends. .  
 now I am hungry
