I'd either go the whole hog and enrol with the CSS if I wanted instruction, or just attend a normal trackday.

Most trackday organisers are pretty good at getting the experienced trackdayers out there and letting them get on with it. I'm not sure that first-time trackdayers get the full benefit or attentive briefings etc,,,, that more experienced guys may have received in the past.
