| I'm just looking at buying a system myself. I've read and heard very good things about Tom Tom Go 300, approx £340 on the net.
The latest version has the speed camera locations in it's memory and can give warnings as you approach the sites. The software can be updated with new points of interest and speed camera locations etc.
