I think the stock stand is adequate, but at high mileages they do wear. A surprisingly small amount of wear on the foot of the stand can equal a considerable increase in bike tilting angle!
Mine was starting to get a bit iffy, but a second-hand stand off ebay for 15-20 quid, and it's as good as gold now. |
