logbook question?????
right this is the scenario.... i have found a bike that i would very much like to restore and get back on the road it is fully working but has no lights indicators horn etc(all easily sourced ) it has no owners logbook (V5) i have no doubt that the seller is the owner of the bike so that is not my worry--what i would like to know is how easy is it to get a v5 once the bike is all road legal and what would i have to do? would it involve engineers reports etc?? dont know anything about this my self i hope someone on here may have similar experiences
