    Its all about giving the punters what they expect and more, with no nasty surprises. 
 The use of questionnaires is always a strong Customer Services tool, the problem is how to get anyone to complete them!!! The threat of violence can be administered, but it tends to have a detrimental effect on customer loyalty!!!
