Only standard tools needed. It only takes 5 min to do. Me and the wife done mine. Undo top bolt a little undo bottom bolt a little. Lift the bike under the end can so it takes the weight of the spring. Then get a friend or the wife to undo the bolts. Place the new shock in. Do bolts back up. I do have the touque seting somewhere. On the Ohlins you can make the spring harder by adjusting the knob, for when you take someone on the back no tools needed. I could fit it for you if you want. On the ohlins standard spring it can take a fair amount of weight so i would'nt worry about changing the spring.
As for paying £70 to do this is just a rip off. swannymere you could DIY for free. It is a really simple job.
