I just checked the brakes and it looks like that the pads are against the discs. I did follow Shazaam procedure the only time I took the wheel down, so it should be fine. I also rode for more than 400 miles after with no problem. My only doubt can be the torque value, as I did convert these in foot/pounds (my torque wrench was bought in US while there)... So I may overtitighed the axial nut, but It is a remote possibility. The discs are looking fine, no blueish color. Can be the pads for some reason, may be high temperature, sticking now on the discs? I will have to take the wheel down anyway to check.. and may be replace the pads already?? is 800 miles the life I can expect with only two track days? Thanks board [Edited on 26-5-2005 by Brogins] |
