Yeah this happens to me too!...If it's outside your normal spending habits AND if I spend at the mobile phone shop I get a call from Barclays!...
Now and again I might go into town if I have had a good month and spend a bit extra...If that happens I can expect a call from the bank on the same day!...Beats me why yours didn't do the same!?
Sorry to hear such a crappy thing happened!...You must be gutted!
