Waited a week and still no card so got back on the phone. Indian lady tells my wife the card has been sent to your local bank in Burnley. But we live in Birmingham. Sorry said the operative, we will get the Burnley branch to send it to your local branch.
That was 3 weeks ago and still not replacment card
