| I had £1400 Debited from my account on the 3rd of this month, first I knew about it was when I got a letter saying I was over my overdraft limit. After a couple of phone calls to various lloyds telephone numbers I was finally told they would send me some forms to fill in. 4 days later the forms arrive I sign to say I did not make a payment of £1400 to anyone and also signed I had never made a payment to the organisation stated.
Still haven't heard anything, all the bank did when I got in touch with my branch was increase my overdraft limit, hey presto two more withdrawls from my acoount last tuesday, each for £15.99 to AOL who I have never delt with.
I now have more forms coming and am currently without use of a debit card which is sitting in my wallet.
I hope the bank gets it sorted soon as it causes no end of problems. |
