| I have been to Castle Combe several times either racing myself or helping mates that are racing. At CC they only get 3 or 4 Noisey days for running the bikes and all are reserved for racedays, where the ACU limits apply, in our case 105dB at 5500rpm, measured at 45 degrees to the exhaust outlet at a distance of 50cm.
CC own trackday test are usually measured differnt to this very often in line with the exhaust outlet or at higher revs.
I'm not worrying about mine, both my TL and 916 were louder and I never had a problem with them on race day. |
