I've got a TourX that I've used for over a year now. Whilst I like it (for use on my ktm950) it is LOUD for a lid. It also can suffer from wind buffeting if the fairing directs it at the beak. The beak however is really useful for sunrise sunset rideing, helps shade eyes from sun. I've removed the normal flip visor and now use Oakley Goggles, which can lead to a peppered chin (esp if its raining) but they dont mist, which the visor seems to do easily. Other downside is its easy to snap the plastic screws that hold the beak on. But it is nice and open if your feeling a bit claustrophobic in a normal full face. [Edited on 28-5-2005 by IainMac] |
