ant...what have you done to upgrade the sprocket carrier,i posted a prob on the thread,'swarf on my back wheel',hopefully its just a washer missing where some 'bright spark' before me changed the sprocket n forgot to put it back on....but i am interested in avoiding it in the future if thats poss,jase
