I read all about this stuff last night (loads of stuff from paracetamol to morphene & ketammine etc.
)
It did say that mixing paracetamol & ibuprofen was a very good combination to reduce pain. So, I think a trip to the chemist is in order.
Phil, I'm not being a poof, just don't fancy my reaction to a tank slapper, I think it may 'twinge' a bit :P
Otherwise, I think I should be pretty much OK once the adrenalin is pumping
