no is the short answer
998 fits the 996etc, but 996 as you are aware have a large air duct at the top of the panel, the scoup will foul the fittment on the coils of the testrastretta engined bikes ie 998models and 996r, you could make them fit buy cutting away the air scoup an leaving a small ridge on the inside of the fairing panel, but this allows you to veiw the coils through the resulting hole, not so bad if you just want them for track days. however ive seen some which have been modified that look ok, but its down to yoour preferance at the end of the day. |
