http://tinypic.com/view.html?pic=5ocro0 The URL you are using is not a direct link to the picture - but rather a link to the page hosting the picture. You need to reference the picture directly (URL will end in the picture file extension such as .jpg) or upload it yourself.
If you choose to upload it the size would need to be reduced.
