Just read in the Metro tonight that they have produced a single use camcorder about the size of a packed of cigs for £16 which takes 20mins of footage (hmmm that's handy). Complete with batteries and small screen to preview video. 3 buttons to operate, save the footage or re-record over. Take into a shop and for £7 they will put it on DVD for you.
