Could be a dodgy starter switch? Mine started to do that in Italy and you can tell by running a wire from one of the wires coming out of solenoid (you'll have to strip a small section bare) to the positive terminal of the battery. Just touch the terminal and if it turns over the switch is your problem. If you short the terminals across the solenoid and get sparks then that's all OK and do check it's not a problem with the immobiliser. Hope that helps. |
