HAYFEVER !
Does any one else in the club suffer from hayfever ? If so how do you deal with it through the summer when you want to go for a ride ? Some days my eyes itch so much I cant go out on the bike.
Just wondering because I've woke this morning with a waterfall for a nose. Im already taking the piriton tablets to try and control it.
