I've done a season with KRC and can throw in some comments: 1. the quick guys will be on full sprint race pace for the duration 2. tiredness / concentration wandering will probably set in at about 20 min or so - this was when i started missing apexes etc. i gave myself a stiff talking to and was fine for the rest of the hour (60 min slots in KRC) 3. you'll feel 10 times more knackered the moment you step off the bike 4. i wouldn't want to run my 620sport without an oil cooler for this distance (but them i'm a bit phobic about oil temp at the moment) biggest bummer is i won't be there - boo! hoo!
