| Had the same thing when I rang them up to change from UJm to the 749s was told the s didn't exist only 749 or R.
Eventually they sorted it and I stuck with them.
Customer Service in other aspects is normally very good, plus the extras like breakdown cover (although you pay for it somewhere) keep things simple. |
