| unfortunately or fortunately; depending on who you are; this is one rules that is very easy to check if its been broken. others are not so easy.

not accusing anyone but just making the point that this has to be the easiest rule to check and to be fair to dom he has taken it and is going to move on so fair play to him. there are possibly others who not necessarily intentionally may have broken rules but have "got away with it" |
