| Always been very happy with Carole Nash cover / rates, but the Solicitors they appointed through their legal aid cover made the 3 stooges look like the height of professionalism. No less than 5 times they sent documentation to the 3rd parties insurer, each time, I chased a response at least 3 times, each time the 3rd party insurer eventually decided they never received the documentation. Surely, the solicitor would have figured out the documentation never arrived when they followed up my progress enquiries? I suppose you can't expect much for the £100 an hour or so they will be charging my legal aid cover.
Anyway, getting to the point, if your legal cover appoints D1ckhead, Deadbeat & Braindead as your solicitor, do you have the right to ask for a known bike-case specialist instead? |
