| 996 price - What do you know/think?

Been offered £5k for my 996 ....... it's a 2000MY (grey frame, marchesini's etc.), yellow, single seat, datatool, has done 3,700 miles and is in totally standard spec (i.e. have removed the termi's & carbon bits) and is in excellent condition.

Does £5k sound like a fair price for it in the current market ????? (it's a private sale, i.e. not p/ex it or anything)
