I'm with Dibble on this.
I clean it when it's dirty using Halfords car shampoo. A quick rinse with a hose, then a chamois dry. If the wheels are bad, I'll use Muck Off or similar.
I haven't got the time or the inclination to be polishing the bikes/cars every 5 minutes!
