Hot too hot... So the sun came out and everyone got stuck on the trains... do I care?. My 748s - (Recently serviced at St Neots Motorcycles - Excellant job other than the £'s but about correct from what I can make out) Anyway... Its sunny and I'm enjoying the ride when my left leg starts to get hot, then hotter then uncomforatably hot. So I stop and my leathers are too hot to touch with a bare hand, my leg is bright red but not burnt and the bike.... shows no sign of anything untoward ? The temparature gauge had been wandering but not dramatically and soon returns to normal when in clear air. I cannot see what could cause this. It seemed to be very localised and there really is nothing on that side of the bike that I could see that would generate or direct that sort of heat. Anyone any ideas or do I just need to wrap some asbestos(substitute) around my leg. Chris |
