Well due to the huge amount of suggestions
I have fitted the standard ECU and chip along with the 50mm twin injectors and fitted a complete harness from a 996S as it allows me to fit the ECU on the Alloy subframe. Just need for the oil cooler to arive, add some oil and water, fit the new belts i have (must get belt tensioning tool back from Cath) and fire the wee beasty up, just so I can hear what that full 54mm exhaust sounds like.
can always try the 748R setup at a later stage
