If you can't be arsed with all this reading of labels and don't want to interfere too much with your current lifestyle, cut out chocolate, sweets and crisps etc, cut out alcohol during the week, skip lunch (yes I know you shouldn't) and desserts during the week. Weekends, eat, drink and be merry but not to excess. No effort whatsoever and easy enough to lose 1-2lb per week. Works for me. |
