Speaking from experience the swingarm is more than 800 quid, and then add the VAT, you'll need new swingarm bearings also, as they can get damaged upon removal, and they're about 60 quid, again speaking from experience.
The only benefits I see for swapping the s/arm apart from cosmetically is possibly several other exhaust options that were available to the 2004 R models and later
