I usually find it's when the tyres have gone off profile - new tyres and problem goes. 130 mph wheelies - 'kin ell, just think of the impact on the head bearings when it lands! It could be that if you're riding it that hard then you need shorter service intervals.
So you've fixed your exhaust and will be out at TA4 - I'm geting nervous again
