| thinking this over again..80degrees C is normal running temp, 100 C is when fan cuts in, 120degrees C is the end of the gauge!! surely this is TOO HOT? maybe your fan is not being effective or the radiator is clogged so that when the fan comes on it is not managing the temp?? Then again you have an oil cooler - the gauge measures water temp i assume so as long as the oil doesn't get too hot maybe 120 is OK on the bigger engine. |
