As Nelly says Spondon (Previously done Ducati specials) are well respected in this area as are Harris Performance, when I was talking to Steve Harris at the BMF he told me he was still doing the TTF2 frames. There is also Nigle Hill of Saxon Racing. (previously did Ducati frames for the TT with aid of Brancatto Engineering) One of the best places to look may be the Supermono series where the likes of Tigcraft and MHD (scooter916 had one with a DR800 engine in) built some nice frames alongside those of Harris and Spondon. there are also other smaller setups. Not sure what Roger Almond is doing these days but the Ex Uncle Bunt apprentice could certainly put together a decent tunbed frame around modern sports engines. also Larry Webb at PDQ knows a few people that can put a good tubed frame together. |
