I've had a bit of a rant lately about trying to do a (spare) set of carb rebuilds in the general section - well I thought I'm mention something abit more specific about the Carby 'SS' models.
Just been to see my 'Bro today as he has a '98 Ya*aha TRX850 which runs exactly the same body Carbs as my beloved 900ss, however - I noticed a REALLY good idea on his standard setup:
There is a remote cable adjustment and knob for the tickover adjustment and even then - the screw would still be a damn sight easier to reach on his bike than a Duke. It needs a little tab in the frame to mount into but what a great idea!
