    What I was gonna say. 
 I used to race mountain bikes years ago. Used to train about 15 hours a week. And when out on the road, you get used to what plebs may be doing in their cars behind you. 
 Good form a getting very fit but you are very vunerable to other forms of vehicles. Be on your guard!!
