HI Sparkin It's my job to sort out stuff like this. As long as you've had the scans to make sure there's nothing seriously out of place (bones), deep tissue massage by someone qualified to treat injuries is the only way forward. Trapped nerves are often compressed by swollen muscles/tendons and friction in the right places(!) can cure any number of these issues. This remedial massage used to be part of the physios training but unfortunately time pressure has caused it to be abandoned and only the rehab exercises are given, which is no use if the injury has not healed. Can't say if I can help as your location is a little obscure today...but there are a few other elite remedial masseurs in the country, we're unusual!
