| Nice idea this 'Best prepped bike' prize for 'privateer' bikes, and hats off to JHP and everyone involved for coming up with it.
My only observation (you knew I would have one didn't you) is that it would be nice if the "rules" took into account the "best prepped bike for the available budget" since someone who's scraped a race bike up out of bits (a la Skidlids and others) has probably put more effort in than someone with enough wonga to go out and buy a new bike. But perhaps this is being taken into account anyway.
Whatever.... It's a brilliant idea and a generous prize. All credit to those involved. |
