| Paypal limit - how does that work?
Bought a few things via paypal on E-bay over recent months but appear to have run out of credit limit even though the credit card used has zero on it??
Is the paypal credit limit cumulative i.e. once I have spent my limit of $750 over however long the only way to "refresh" the limit is to link the account to a bank account??
Being an OOP North techophobe just a bit wary about linking the paypal account to a bank account to get verified whatever that is.
