Had next to no probs with the halifax since early '80's.
Dumped Lloyds TSB 6 yrs ago, to move remainder of accounts to Hx.
Estate agents - not had too many probs (and done 11 own sales/purchases in 21 yrs) but do know which ones to avoid locally
- and also how to 'play them at their own game'
