Just fitted race style fairing and belly pan by QB 749 / 999
OK, picked a race fairing from QB Carbon on Saturday morning
. What do you think ?
Cons :
Cut out for screen did not seem to fit the high lift screen I had so out with the Dremel
You need the best part of the day to mess around and make it all fit as youd like it to
Had to drill 4 holes to finish off the fitting, 2 in the top fairing and 2 in the belly pan
Pros :
The red is a very good match for Ducati red
The red is impregnated in to the gel coat and the resin, if you scratch it or get a stone chip then it still shows red and not the normal white fibre glass
Same with the black of the belly pan
Race style fairing will fit over head light unit with out removing the head light unit
Once all tweaked and fitted a full fairing and belly pan swap is done in around 15 mins
Not the normal thin glass fibre stuff that breaks every time you look at it, top quality, very strong and still light
Got the seat unit as well, just not fitted it yet.  |
