| no apparently not, apparently if a police officer makes a statement that statement is considered to be the word of god, and will convict any mortal, (unless of course you have your own video to prove you wertent speeding which i didnt have, and im not sure it would have been admissable even if i did have) a witness would have been a good way that i could have proven him to be a liar....Hmm what happened to the witness??,
any way he lied and i paid, it was totally corrupt.
life isnt fair...... but thats life !!
