I'm not sure about about e mail subs from fourms/topics, but we'll have a look.
To answer 1 question! The insert image has been removed from the site, not an error on your part. The short answer for why, is to lower the bandwidth usage of the site, which costs the club cash. Although I do note, it is still possible to do, if you know what to type!
