Carbon rims and magnesium centres - a sure fire recipe for galvanic corrosion!
One bit of salty electrolyte on that interface and you will find the magnesium turning to powder in a BIG way...reducing structural integrity of the joint and seriously effecting the safety of the wheel.
NOT recommended for anything but a pampered trackday/Sunday afternoon rocket ship - that's why Tim had them!!!
