I'm not saying that they will break, just that the material combination is not ideal for all weather/all year round riding.
The fact that the wheels are bolted together does not make a big difference - in fact if the anodising of the spokes is carried out before the bolt holes are drilled, this will allow corrosion to start even quicker!
