| I run a 7" x 3" plate with as large as numbers as possible. Have been stopped a few times, but, always given a rectification note as it's not taking the pi55.
As I understand it, if you are reported to the DVLA 3 times for messing around with the size, layout etc then the DVLA could remove the number plate and issue a Q plate .... urban mythe or truth, sure some will be along soon to tell me.
Also been told that the penalties for having a small or modified plate are higher than having no plate at all ... again sure that someone will be along soon to tell me I'm talking "rubbish" |
