I don't think you have a chance in hell of getting your dealer to accept responsibility
Sorry mate.
Chains need constant attention; oil, tensioning etc. The dealer will only claim you either haven't oiled it enough or you tightend it too much. Ultimately, it's a riders responsibility to check his chain. I feel for you though
