I think you will find they all have to comply with the same limits, but just like us when they have got them can change the pipes. When questioned about why they didn't stop cars with loud exhausts reply was 'the pipes are under the car so you can't check them without a noise meter-you can check a bike by looking for the approval numbers' Not that I'm paranoid or anything-but they ARE out to get you!
